Sec. 9032.102. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. A director must be: (1) at least 18 years of age; (2) a resident of the state and district; and (3) an owner of taxable property in the district. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.06, eff. April 1, 2015.
