Sec. 9032.106. DIRECTOR'S BOND. Each director shall make bond in the amount of $5,000 payable to the county judge of Coke County for the faithful performance of the director's duties. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.06, eff. April 1, 2015.
