Sec. 9032.159. COOPERATION IN WILDLIFE PROGRAMS. The district may cooperate with state, federal, and other agencies and groups in wildlife programs that are: (1) not inconsistent with the purposes of this chapter; and (2) designed to improve the general habitat of wildlife and promote the general propagation of wildlife.
