Sec. 9045.103. LIMIT ON EMINENT DOMAIN. The district may exercise the power of eminent domain only: (1) in Harris County; and (2) when necessary to carry out the purposes for which the district was created. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.06, eff. April 1, 2017.
