Sec. 9055.052. AUTHORITY TO ANNEX TERRITORY. Territory inside Wise County, whether contiguous to the district or not, may be annexed to the district in the manner provided by this subchapter. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.06, eff. April 1, 2017.
