Sec. 9055.102. APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS. In April of each year, the governing body of the City of Decatur shall appoint a director to succeed each director whose term expires during the following May. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.06, eff. April 1, 2017.
