Sec. 9056.052. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. (a) Each director of the district must: (1) be a landowner within the district; and (2) reside in Runnels or Tom Green County. (b) A director must maintain compliance with the requirements of Subsection (a) during the director's tenure in office or vacate that office.
