Sec. 9056.154. MAINTENANCE TAX ELECTION PROCEDURES. A maintenance tax election shall be held and notice of the election shall be given in the manner required by general law for a bond election. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.06, eff. April 1, 2017.
