Composition of Board; Board Election

Sec. 9092.0201. COMPOSITION OF BOARD; BOARD ELECTION. The board consists of five directors elected as follows: (1) one director represents and is elected from each county commissioners precinct in Franklin County by the voters of that precinct; and (2) one director represents the district as a whole and is elected from the district at large.
