Bonds Payable From Ad Valorem Taxes

Sec. 9092.0506. BONDS PAYABLE FROM AD VALOREM TAXES. The board may issue bonds payable, as pledged by board resolution, from: (1) ad valorem taxes of the district; or (2) ad valorem taxes and revenue of the district.
