Sec. 9501.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Commission" means a seawall commission established under Section 9501.002. (2) "Commissioners court" means the Commissioners Court of Matagorda County. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
