Sec. 9501.153. DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS. The commission may disburse funds set aside by the commissioners court and the governing body of the municipality for the performance of the commission's functions. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
