Definitions

Sec. 9601.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district. (2) "Bond" has the meaning assigned to the term "public security" by Section 1202.001, Government Code. (3) "Director" means a person appointed to the board. (4) "District" means the Riverbend Water Resources District. (5) "Member" means a municipality, county, other political subdivision, or water supply corporation that is a member of the district as provided by Section 9601.005.
