Sec. 202.151. TAX DUE. The tax imposed by this chapter is due at the office of the comptroller on the 25th day of each calendar month for oil produced during the preceding calendar month. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1739, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
