Sec. 202.204. REPORTS OF CARRIER. A carrier shall provide information and file reports on the movements of oil if requested by the comptroller as often as required by the comptroller. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1740, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
