Sec. 202.056. CERTAIN OIL AND GAS LEASES PROHIBITED. The commission may not enter into an oil and gas lease for real property owned by the state that was acquired to construct or maintain a highway, road, street, or alley. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
