Sec. 21.058. EXPENDITURE OF GRANTS OR GIFTS OF MONEY. The department may not spend a grant or money given to the department unless the expenditure is authorized by order of the commission. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
