Sec. 21.065. AERONAUTICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND FLIGHT CLINICS. (a) The department may: (1) organize and administer an aeronautical education program in colleges and schools of this state and for the public; and (2) prepare and conduct one or more flight clinics for air crews. (b) The department may charge for conducting a program or clinic under Subsection (a). Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
