Sec. 21.104. REVOLVING LOAN FUND. The department shall: (1) place the principal and interest derived from a loan in a revolving loan fund; and (2) administer the fund for future loans and their administration. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
