Sec. 253.011. MAINTENANCE OF ROADS. (a) A road improved under this chapter is a county road. (b) The county shall maintain the road according to county road standards. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
