Sec. 341.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Commission" means the Railroad Commission of Texas. (2) "Structure" means a combination bridge, dam, dike, or causeway. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
