Sec. 342.201. TOLLS FOR BRIDGES AND FERRIES. The commissioners court of a county, by an order made at a regular term and entered on the minutes of the court, shall regulate the toll for crossing any bridge or ferry in the county. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
