Sec. 342.402. FAILURE TO OBTAIN LICENSE. A person shall be fined not less than $50 or more than $200 if the person violates Section 342.101. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
