Sec. 441.102. RULES. After notice and hearing, the board shall adopt rules to carry out this chapter, including rules providing procedures for giving notice and holding hearings before the board. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
