Sec. 441.191. IMPOSITION OF TAXES. The board may annually impose taxes to pay the principal of and interest on district bonds and the expense of assessing and collecting taxes. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
