Sec. 452.003. MUNICIPALITIES MAY PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. This chapter does not prohibit a municipality from providing public or complementary transportation services. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
