Sec. 463.055. CONTRACTS; GRANTS AND LOANS. (a) An authority may contract with any person. (b) An authority may accept a grant or loan from any person. (c) An authority may enter one or more agreements with any municipality included in the territory of the authority for the distribution of the authority's revenues.
