Sec. 523.010. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY. The licensing authority may adopt any rules and regulations deemed necessary by the executive director to administer and enforce the provisions of this compact. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
