Sec. 64.004. SUIT TO RECOVER PILOT FEES. A pilot who serves or offers to serve a vessel may bring suit to recover pilot fees from a consignee. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
