Sec. 64.005. EXEMPTIONS FROM PILOTAGE CHARGES. Except for actual service provided, a vessel of 20 tons or less is exempt from a charge for pilotage. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
