Sec. 68.062. PILOTAGE RATES. Each branch pilot member of the Brazos Pilots Association shall charge the pilotage rates set by the board for pilot services. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
