Sec. 101.005. ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE. Chapter 2001, Government Code, applies to a proceeding under this subtitle except to the extent inconsistent with this subtitle. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
