Sec. 104.002. COMPLIANCE WITH SUBTITLE. A gas utility may not: (1) charge, collect, or receive a rate for utility service except as provided by this subtitle; or (2) impose a rule or regulation except as provided by this subtitle. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
