Sec. 12.253. REPORT REQUIRED. The commission shall require each utility subject to regulation under this title to prepare and submit to the commission a comprehensive annual report detailing its use of historically underutilized businesses. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
