Sec. 12.254. DISCRIMINATION PROHIBITED. The rules adopted under this subchapter may not be used to discriminate against a citizen on the basis of sex, race, color, creed, or national origin. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
