Sec. 14.007. ASSISTANCE TO MUNICIPALITY. On request by the governing body of a municipality, the commission may provide commission employees as necessary to advise and consult with the municipality on a pending matter. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
