Sec. 31.051. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "utility" means: (1) an electric cooperative; (2) an electric utility; (3) a municipally owned electric utility; or (4) a transmission and distribution utility. Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 509 (S.B. 64), Sec. 22, eff. September 1, 2019.
