Sec. 60.021. MINIMUM UNBUNDLING REQUIREMENT. At a minimum, an incumbent local exchange company shall unbundle its network to the extent the Federal Communications Commission orders. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
