Sec. 11.141. DATE OF PRIORITY. When the commission issues a permit, the priority of the appropriation of water and the claimant's right to use the water date from the date of filing of the application. Amended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
