Sec. 15.303. JOINT VENTURES. The board may act singly or in a joint venture in partnership with any political subdivision, with the United States, or with any other state to the extent permitted by law. Added by Acts 1981, 67th Leg., 1st C.S., p. 102, ch. 12, Sec. 1, eff. Nov. 10, 1981.
