Sec. 17.854. METHODS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. The board may use the fund to acquire obligations of political subdivisions in accordance with the purposes stated in Section 17.853 of this code. Added by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 420, Sec. 3, eff. June 17, 1987.
