Sec. 20.016. RULES AND RESOLUTIONS. The board may adopt rules that are necessary to carry out this chapter and may take official action by adoption of a resolution or order. Added by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 728, Sec. 1, eff. June 20, 1987.
