Sec. 29.012. APPLICATION FORM. The railroad commission shall prescribe a form on which an application for a permit may be made and shall provide the form to any person who wishes to submit an application. Amended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
