Sec. 30.055. INTERIM BONDS. Pending the issuance of definitive bonds, a district may issue negotiable interim bonds or obligations eligible for exchange or substitution by use of definitive bonds. Amended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
