Sec. 37.015. POWER TO CONTRACT. The commission may contract with persons to provide services required by this chapter. The commission may authorize contractors to collect reasonable fees for the services provided. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 880, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
