Sec. 42.003. COMMISSIONER. The governor, with the advice and consent of the senate, shall appoint a commissioner to represent this state on the commission established by Article V of the compact. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
