Sec. 44.003. MEMBERS. The governor, with the advice and consent of the senate, shall appoint two members to represent this state on the administration established by Article VII of the compact. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
