Sec. 51.051. MASTER DISTRICT GOVERNED BY CHAPTER. The provisions of this chapter, where applicable, shall govern a master district in: (1) the procedure for its creation; (2) the conduct of its affairs; and (3) its powers. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
