Sec. 51.334. ELECTION PROVISIONS. The provisions of Sections 51.035-51.037 of this code shall not apply to an election to create a district to exercise the powers provided in Section 51.331 of this code. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 329, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
