Sec. 51.851. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Authority" means the Trinity River Authority of Texas. (2) "Basin" or "basinwide" means the entire Trinity River basin. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 858, Sec. 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
